Blampied Suite

The Blampied Suite is on the ground floor and overlooks the sheep meadow, with direct access from the parking area through your own balcony.

Unpacking the car after a day at the beach, or getting the pram inside, takes no effort at all.

It sleeps four, with one king size bed and two singles. The large family wetroom has a shower, and an extra large toddler bath is available on request.

There is a coffee station, a sandwich prep board and a fridge freezer. The farm fully caters to the family market and families with children, everyone is welcome. 

Amenities

All rooms have hi speed wifi, underfloor heating, televison, Kitchen applicances where stated. Hairdryer, towel and linen, toiletries. Travel cot available, baby changing facitilies x 2, nappies, wipes, books and toys, highchairs – free parking on site – electric charge points – farm run by solar – all rooms have dressing table/desk. 

Commercial dining area on site- check for pop ups, breakfast options daily see menus, coffee trailer serving barista coffees open 6 morning’s a week.

Washer and dryer on request, communal family bbq area, fire pit, two beautiful terraces and cottage garden to explore in the enclosed garden surrounding the house and farm stay. Secure bike storage available, wet suit wash and drying area.

Children’s indoor/outdoor play areas, flower farm, animals on site – sheep – chickens and guinea pigs

Safety

• The facilities use smoke alarms and carbon monoxide alarms.
• First aid kit available in main kitchen, fire extinguisher near each wardrobe
• There is no open water on the owned farm land or pools, there is a brook in the adjacent farm land that we rent that is fenced and gated.
• Our machinery is housed in our private farmyard area and this area is only accessible on a hosted tour.

Parties and events

The farm hosts events throughout the week that guests are able to take part in, for private booking requests or whole site reservations please email us directly as we may have additional private events in our calendar.

Weddings and charity events, there will be no big private events on site when the accommodation is booked out. for example weddings – the whole site would need to be booked including the accommodation.

The farm operates quiet hours between 10pm and 7am, please respect the comfort of other guests.

For the comfort of our guests and our farm animals we are a dog free (pet free) site and a smoke free site too, the dry summer we have just had has highlighted the dangers of this.

Pricing

• Family rooms from £160 per night, children free up to age 11.*
• Fees as per room.
• Easter, summer holidays and October half term are a 7 night minimum stay. For a week the transfer day is a Saturday, and the maximum stay is 28 days.
• Off peak business discounts may apply in shoulder months.
• All prices are subject to GST of 5% on top of the booking rate.

Deposit  

We require a 50% non refundable deposit at the time of booking, the remaining 50% is due 8 weeks ahead of your arrival. If you book your stay within 8 weeks full payment is due at time of booking.

Check in and check out

Check in is at 2pm guests will be checked in by a member of staff on arrival, bag drop and storage until your room is prepared from 8am, guests may arrive early to use the facilities on site.

Check out 10am.

Minimum stay is 2 night’s at low peak times of the year.

Parking

All parking is free, 27 onsite spaces, only farm stay guests to leave cars over night in car park. All rooms have 1 allocated space once checked in.

Weather and travel disruption

Due to Jersey being a beautiful Island location, occasionally travel can be disrupted due to the weather. If your arrival dates are affected by weather or travel disruptions, you must call our team immediately to discuss your options. Taking out  an independent travel insurance policy is highly recommended
